Pay only for unique images you actually deliver to your users every month.
We offer discounts for higher-tier plans. The more you spend, the less you pay. Contact sales.
We don't terminate or put your account on hold. For each additional 1,000 unique image requests, you'll be billed $1.20. These charges will appear on your next invoice, unless you decide to upgrade your plan before the next invoice.
If one person, ten people or 500 people request one image with similar transformations, we count that as one unique image request.
In other words, if your site or app has a particular master image, and you serve five different versions of it (size, crop, other transformations) through LibPixel, even if 1000 people all download those five versions, they’re counted as five unique requests.
We do support custom domains. They're not available by default, but can be arranged for Pro customers.
Yes, we do support conversion to different image formats on the fly. Our documentation outlines how you would use the API to request a specific format from the source image. https://docs.libpixel.com/image-api#format
We provide only image processing and delivery, so if you’re looking for cloud storage and sharing files, we’re probably not the right choice.
We understand that some entities have unique circumstances, usually due to regulatory restrictions, and cannot rely on publicly hosted image processing services.
Our image processing and delivery infrastructure is cloud-agnostic and can be deployed as stand-alone installation. You can contact us for the details about setting up a private instance of LibPixel.
Currently, we rely on AWS infrastructure to process, store and deliver the images.
However, we are working on bringing online GCP and Azure instances of our image processing and delivery solution for those customers, who wish to have the image processing in the same cloud provider realm as their own solution.
You can cancel your subscription at your account dashboard. The account will be active and images will be served and processed until the plan expires. Once you have cancelled your plan, remember to update your app or website not to use LibPixel URLs so that images will continue to display appropriately when the plan expires.
We've designed LibPixel to be a simple and very streamlined image processing solution. We want to focus on doing one thing really well.
However, if there's a feature you'd love to see and we should absolutely provide, we'd be happy to hear about it.
Our image processing infrastructure and software is carefully crafted to optimise the image processing pipeline. We do not rely on same, often complex system solutions that many of the players in the industry use.
Anything! The Libpixel Trial is meant to give you an opportunity to truly test Libpixel's API and image features to better manage your image infrustructure. You can go ahead and setup your account, add your source and test the API. As part of the trial you will have up to 10,000 unique image requests and 10GB of bandwidth, more than enough to validate the service.
Nope! You are welcome to add a credit card at any time, but you won’t be charged until your 14-day Trial is over.
When the trial ends you will be prompted to pick a plan and add your billing information. Please note that your images won't be served after the trial and if you haven't subscribed to a plan.
Plan upgrades are prorated, so you'll only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one. The new plan will be activated immediately with its higher usage limits. Downgrades are also prorated, and you'll be credited with the difference. If your current usage is higher than the plan you're downgrading to, you'll be billed for the additional usage.
