Our privacy policy applies to information we collect when you use or access our website located at, use the LibPixel image processing services, or just interact with us. We may change this privacy policy from time to time. Whenever we make changes to this privacy policy, the changes are effective six (6) weeks after we post the revised privacy policy to our website (as indicated by revising the date at the top of our privacy policy). Collection of Information

LibPixel processes Personal Data as a Controller, as defined in the GDPR.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, subscribe, fill out a form, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, postal address, IP address, credit card information and other contact or identifying information you choose to provide. This data is required to provide you with an account, handle payments, to be able to communicate any service related information, and to handle support requests.

Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Services

When you access or use our services, we automatically collect information about you, including:

  • Log Information: We log information about your use of our services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, and the page you visited before navigating to our services. We collect this data in a non-personally identifiable manner to help us improve the service.
  • Device Information: We collect information about the computer you use to access our services, including the hardware model, and operating system and version. This data is used to help us identify and resolve problems related to the availability of our service.

We do not use your information for serving up ads.

Third party suppliers processing data on our behalf must handle personal data in compliance with this privacy statement.

Remember, we don't share your information with advertisers.

  • With third party vendors and other service providers who need access to your information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., our payment processors who handle the payment portion of your subscriptions);

Data processors

The following services are used to process your personal data:

  • Amazon Web Services: We store in Amazon Web Services (AWS) all data that is provided to us. Amazon Web Services is a company based in the United States of America and adheres to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield.
  • Stripe: We provide Stripe with your name, email address, postal address, IP address, and credit card information, for the processing of payments. Stripe is a company based in the United States of America and adheres to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield.
  • Quaderno: We provide Quaderno with your name, email address, postal address, and IP address, for VAT calculation, invoice generation, and compliance with EU VAT laws. Quaderno is a company established in Spain, with data storage in the EU.

Third Party Analytics

We may allow third parties to provide analytics services. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of the services and other websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used by LibPixel and third parties to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and other websites and better understand your online activity. Our privacy policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, third party cookies, web beacons or other tracking technologies and we encourage you to check the privacy policies of these third parties to learn more about their privacy practices.

We use Google Analytics (GA) on our services, and instruct GA that the IP address must be anonymized.

No personally identifiable information is transferred by LibPixel to third party analytics services.


Any personal information you provide to us via email, will be stored by Google as part of their hosted email service.


LibPixel takes reasonable measures to help protect personal information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. This includes the transfer of all personal data using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.

Your Information Choices

Account Information

You may access, update, correct or delete information about you at any time by logging into your online account and modifying your details. If you wish to delete or suspend your account, please email us at, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of your information for a period of time.

Promotional Communications
